The difference between Millile and Septile

When used as nouns, millile means any of the values in a series that divides the distribution of individuals in that series into a thousand groups of equal frequency, whereas septile means any of the quantiles that divide an ordered sample population into seven equally numerous subsets.


Septile is also adjective with the meaning: relating to a septum.
