The difference between Percentile and Ventile
When used as nouns, percentile means any of the ninety-nine points that divide an ordered distribution into one hundred parts, each containing one per cent of the population, whereas ventile means any of the nineteen points that divide an ordered distribution into twenty parts, each containing one twentieth of the population.
