The difference between Boat and Craft

When used as nouns, boat means a craft used for transportation of goods, fishing, racing, recreational cruising, or military use on or in the water, propelled by oars or outboard motor or inboard motor or by wind, whereas craft means strength.

When used as verbs, boat means to travel by boat, whereas craft means to make by hand and with much skill.
