The difference between Decimal and Sexagesimal

When used as nouns, decimal means a number expressed in the base-ten system, a fractional numeral written in this system, whereas sexagesimal means a sexagesimal fraction.

When used as adjectives, decimal means concerning numbers expressed in decimal or mathematical calculations performed using decimal, whereas sexagesimal means of, pertaining to, proceeding by, or based on the number sixty.
