The difference between Heel and Toe

When used as nouns, heel means the rear part of the foot, where it joins the leg, whereas toe means each of the five digits on the end of the foot.

When used as verbs, heel means to follow at somebody's heels, whereas toe means to furnish (a stocking, etc.) with a toe.
