The difference between Former and Historical

When used as nouns, former means someone who forms something, whereas historical means a historical romance.

When used as adjectives, former means previous, whereas historical means of, concerning, or in accordance with recorded history, (particularly) as opposed to legends, myths, and fictions. about history.
