The difference between Alb and Epitrachelion

When used as nouns, alb means a long, white robe worn by priests and other ministers, underneath most of the other vestments, whereas epitrachelion means the liturgical vestment worn by priests and bishops of the eastern orthodox church as the symbol of their priesthood, corresponding to the western stole.
