The difference between Alb and Sakkos

When used as nouns, alb means a long, white robe worn by priests and other ministers, underneath most of the other vestments, whereas sakkos means a richly decorated vestment worn by orthodox bishops, instead of a priest's phelonion (chasuble in western church).
