The difference between Alb and Sticharion

When used as nouns, alb means a long, white robe worn by priests and other ministers, underneath most of the other vestments, whereas sticharion means the outer clerical garb worn by clergy in the greek orthodox church, corresponding to the alb in catholic churches.
