The difference between Accessory and Auxiliary
When used as nouns, accessory means something that belongs to part of another main thing, whereas auxiliary means a person or group that acts in an auxiliary manner.
When used as adjectives, accessory means having a secondary, supplementary or subordinate function by accompanying as a subordinate, whereas auxiliary means helping.
