The difference between Paradox and Puzzle

When used as nouns, paradox means an apparently self-contradictory statement, which can only be true if it is false, and vice versa, whereas puzzle means anything that is difficult to understand or make sense of.


Puzzle is also verb with the meaning: to perplex (someone).
