The difference between Work and Working
When used as nouns, work means employment. labour, occupation, job. the place where one is employed. one's employer, whereas working means operation.
Work is also verb with the meaning: followed by in (or at, etc.) said of one's workplace (building), or one's department, or one's trade (sphere of business).
Working is also adjective with the meaning: that is or are functioning.

Employment. Labour, occupation, job. The place where one is employed. One's employer
