The difference between Second and Twoth
When used as adjectives, second means number-two, whereas twoth means second.
Second is also noun with the meaning: one that is number two in a series.
Second is also adverb with the meaning: after the first.
Second is also verb with the meaning: to agree as a second person to (a proposal), usually to reach a necessary quorum of two. (see under #etymology 3 for translations.).

Number-two; following after the first one with nothing between them.
Examples:
