The difference between Numeral and Part of speech
When used as nouns, numeral means a symbol that is not a word and represents a number, such as the arabic numerals 1, 2, 3 and the roman numerals i, v, x, l, whereas part of speech means a linguistic category of words sharing syntactic or morphological behaviour and semantic properties, such as noun or verb.
Numeral is also adjective with the meaning: of or relating to numbers.
