The difference between Mesh and Network

When used as nouns, mesh means a structure made of connected strands of metal, fiber, or other flexible/ductile material, with evenly spaced openings between them, whereas network means a fabric or structure of fibrous elements attached to each other at regular intervals.

When used as verbs, mesh means to connect together by interlocking, as gears do, whereas network means to interact socially for the purpose of getting connections or personal advancement.
