The difference between Group and Individual
When used as nouns, group means a number of things or persons being in some relation to one another, whereas individual means a person considered alone, rather than as belonging to a group of people.
Group is also verb with the meaning: to put together to form a group.
Individual is also adjective with the meaning: relating to a single person or thing as opposed to more than one.
