The difference between Glut and Surfeit

When used as nouns, glut means an excess, too much, whereas surfeit means an excessive amount of something.

When used as verbs, glut means to fill to capacity, to satisfy all requirement or demand, to sate, whereas surfeit means to fill to excess.
