The difference between Fluff and Fuzz
When used as nouns, fluff means anything light, soft or fuzzy, especially fur, hair, feathers, whereas fuzz means a frizzy mass of hair or fibre.
When used as verbs, fluff means to make something fluffy, whereas fuzz means to make fuzzy.
