The difference between Flaming and Passionate

When used as nouns, flaming means an emission or application of fire, whereas passionate means a passionate individual.

When used as adjectives, flaming means on fire with visible flames, whereas passionate means given to strong feeling, sometimes romantic, sexual, or both.


Passionate is also verb with the meaning: to fill with passion, or with another given emotion.
