The difference between Burning and Passionate

When used as nouns, burning means the act by which something burns or is burned, whereas passionate means a passionate individual.

When used as adjectives, burning means so hot as to seem to burn (something), whereas passionate means given to strong feeling, sometimes romantic, sexual, or both.
