The difference between Female and Girl
When used as nouns, female means a human member of the feminine sex or gender, whereas girl means a female child, adolescent, or young woman.
Female is also adjective with the meaning: belonging to the sex which typically produces eggs (ova), or to the gender which is typically associated with it.
Girl is also verb with the meaning: to feminize or girlify.
