The difference between Familiar and Unfriendly
When used as nouns, familiar means an attendant spirit, often in animal or even demon form, whereas unfriendly means an enemy.
When used as adjectives, familiar means known to one, whereas unfriendly means not friendly.
Unfriendly is also adverb with the meaning: in an unkind or unfriendly manner.
