The difference between Endly and Finally

When used as adverbs, endly means finally, whereas finally means at the end or conclusion.


Endly is also adjective with the meaning: final, terminal.

    Finally; at last.

    At the end or conclusion; ultimately.

    Examples:

    "The contest was long, but the Romans finally conquered."

  2. Finally as an adverb (sequence):

    To finish (with); lastly (in the present).

  3. Finally as an adverb (manner):

    Definitively, comprehensively.

    Examples:
