The difference between Duplex and Simplex
When used as nouns, duplex means a house made up of two dwelling units, whereas simplex means an analogue in any dimension of the triangle or tetrahedron: the convex hull of n+1 points in n-dimensional space.
When used as adjectives, duplex means double, made up of two parts, whereas simplex means single, simple.
Duplex is also verb with the meaning: to make duplex.
