The difference between Dizygotic and Identical

When used as adjectives, dizygotic means derived from two eggs that have been separately fertilized, whereas identical means bearing full likeness by having precisely the same set of characteristics.


Identical is also noun with the meaning: something which has exactly the same properties as something else.
