The difference between Deuterated and Tritiated
When used as adjectives, deuterated means describing a compound which has had some of its normal hydrogen (protium) replaced with the heavy isotope deuterium, whereas tritiated means describing a compound which has had some of its normal hydrogen (protium) replaced with the heavy isotope tritium.
