The difference between Dense and Diffuse

When used as adjectives, dense means having relatively high density, whereas diffuse means everywhere or throughout everything.


Dense is also noun with the meaning: a thicket.

Diffuse is also verb with the meaning: to spread over or through as in air, water, or other matter, especially by fluid motion or passive means.
