The difference between Complex and Difficult

When used as verbs, complex means to form a complex with another substance, whereas difficult means to make difficult.

When used as adjectives, complex means made up of multiple parts, whereas difficult means hard, not easy, requiring much effort.


Complex is also noun with the meaning: a problem.
