The difference between Citizen and Illegal
When used as nouns, citizen means a freeman or burgher: a legally-recognized member of an incorporated city, whereas illegal means an illegal act or technique.
Illegal is also adjective with the meaning: contrary to or forbidden by law, especially criminal law.
