The difference between Audible and Vocal
When used as nouns, audible means the act of or an instance of changing the play at the line of scrimmage by yelling out a new one, whereas vocal means a vocal sound.
When used as adjectives, audible means able to be heard, whereas vocal means of or pertaining to the voice or speech.
Audible is also verb with the meaning: to change the play at the line of scrimmage by yelling out a new one.
