The difference between Atemporal and Eternal
When used as adjectives, atemporal means unaffected by time, whereas eternal means lasting forever.
Eternal is also noun with the meaning: one who lives forever.

Atemporal as an adjective:
Unaffected by time; timeless; permanent or unchanging.
Examples:
"The machinery, when activated, would create atemporal bubbles wherein nothing was affected by the flow of time. "

Lasting forever; unending.

existing outside time; as opposed to sempiternal, existing within time but everlastingly
