The difference between Asexual and Hyposexual
When used as nouns, asexual means a species which reproduces by asexual rather than sexual reproduction, or a member of such a species, whereas hyposexual means a person who is hyposexual.
When used as adjectives, asexual means not sexual in nature, not marked by sexual activity. (compare platonic.), whereas hyposexual means of or relating to hyposexuality.
