The difference between Agglutinate and Conglutinate

When used as verbs, agglutinate means to unite, or cause to adhere, as with glue or other viscous substance, whereas conglutinate means to stick or glue together.

When used as adjectives, agglutinate means united with glue or as with glue, whereas conglutinate means glued together.
