The difference between Sundown and Sunset

When used as nouns, sundown means sunset, whereas sunset means the time of day when the sun disappears below the western horizon.

When used as verbs, sundown means to experience an episode or an onset of some detrimental mental condition like agitation, anxiety, hallucination or dementia, daily at nightfall, whereas sunset means to phase out.
