The difference between Standard and Usual
When used as adjectives, standard means falling within an accepted range of size, amount, power, quality, etc, whereas usual means most commonly occurring.
Standard is also noun with the meaning: a principle or example or measure used for comparison. a level of quality or attainment. something used as a measure for comparative evaluations.
