The difference between Personnel and Staff
When used as nouns, personnel means employees, whereas staff means a long, straight, thick wooden rod or stick, especially one used to assist in walking.
Staff is also verb with the meaning: to supply (a business, volunteer organization, etc.) with employees or staff members.
