The difference between Outgoing and Withdrawn
When used as adjectives, outgoing means extraverted: talkative, friendly, and social, especially with respect to meeting new people easily and comfortably, whereas withdrawn means removed from circulation.
Outgoing is also noun with the meaning: the act of leaving or going out.
