The difference between Nadir and Super
When used as nouns, nadir means the point of the celestial sphere, directly opposite the zenith, whereas super means short form of superannuation, the australian/new zealand retirement benefits or pension scheme.
When used as verbs, nadir means to extend (a beehive) by adding an empty box at the base, whereas super means to add or to place a super atop the existing boxes of the beehive.
Super is also adverb with the meaning: very.
Super is also adjective with the meaning: of excellent quality, superfine.
