The difference between Minuscule and Minute

When used as nouns, minuscule means a lowercase letter, whereas minute means a unit of time equal to sixty seconds (one-sixtieth of an hour).

When used as adjectives, minuscule means written in minuscules, lowercase, whereas minute means very small.


Minute is also verb with the meaning: of an event, to write in a memo or the minutes of a meeting.
