The difference between Mansplain and Straightsplain
When used as verbs, mansplain means to explain (something) condescendingly (to a female listener), especially to explain something the listener already knows, presuming that she has an inferior understanding of it merely because she is female, whereas straightsplain means to explain lgbt issues, people or behavior to someone who is not of a heterosexual orientation (i.e. an lgbt individual) in a condescending manner, presuming the listener's inferior understanding.
