The difference between Luge and Skeleton
When used as nouns, luge means a racing sled for one or two people that is ridden with the rider or riders lying on their back, whereas skeleton means the system that provides support to an organism, internal and made up of bones and cartilage in vertebrates, external in some other animals.
When used as verbs, luge means to travel by luge, whereas skeleton means to reduce to a skeleton.
