The difference between Know-it-all and Sciolist
When used as nouns, know-it-all means someone who claims to be knowledgeable or an expert in something, obnoxiously dismissing the opinions, advice, suggestions, etc. of others, whereas sciolist means one who exhibits only superficial knowledge.
