The difference between Imbrued and Wounded
When used as adjectives, imbrued means stained with blood, whereas wounded means suffering from a wound, especially one acquired in battle from a weapon, such as a gun or a knife.
Wounded is also noun with the meaning: people who are maimed or have wounds.
