The difference between Illiquid and Solvent
When used as adjectives, illiquid means lacking liquidity, whereas solvent means able to pay all debts as they become due, and having no more liabilities than assets.
Solvent is also noun with the meaning: a liquid that dissolves a solid, liquid, or gaseous solute, resulting in a solution.
