The difference between Hallucination and Vision
When used as nouns, hallucination means a sensory perception of something that does not exist, often arising from disorder of the nervous system, as in delirium tremens, whereas vision means the sense or ability of sight.
Vision is also verb with the meaning: to imagine something as if it were to be true.
