The difference between Genocide and Genticide

When used as nouns, genocide means the systematic killing of substantial numbers of people on the basis of their ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, social status, or other particularities, whereas genticide means the killing of a race or nation of people.


Genocide is also verb with the meaning: to commit genocide (against).
