The difference between Frugal and Lavish
When used as adjectives, frugal means avoiding unnecessary expenditure either of money or of anything else which is to be used or consumed, whereas lavish means expending or bestowing profusely.
Lavish is also verb with the meaning: to give out extremely generously.
