The difference between Finite verb and Non-finite verb
When used as nouns, finite verb means a verb inflected for person and tense that can stand on its own as a complete sentence, whereas non-finite verb means a verb form that lacks a subject, is not inflected by tense, aspect, mood, number, gender or person and cannot serve as a predicate.
