The difference between Final and Terminal
When used as nouns, final means a final examination, whereas terminal means a building in an airport where passengers transfer from ground transportation to the facilities that allow them to board airplanes.
When used as adjectives, final means last, whereas terminal means fatal.
Terminal is also verb with the meaning: to store bulk liquids (such as oil or chemicals) in storage tanks prior to further distribution.
