The difference between Epicene and Intersexual

When used as nouns, epicene means an epicene word, whereas intersexual means an intersex person.

When used as adjectives, epicene means of or related to a class of greek and latin nouns that may refer to men or women but have a fixed grammatical gender, whereas intersexual means between the sexes.
